I lost 30 pounds.
That was the first time in a long time.
The next day, I was feeling better and better.
The day after that, I went back to eating a normal diet.
In February, I lost 40 pounds and got a tattoo on my forearm saying, “I’ve been on a diet and it’s working.”
Then, in March, I did a couple of months of intense cardio and cardio-friendly dieting, and in April, I started to feel better and I was back to my normal weight.
The same thing happened in July and August.
And I went from losing 40 pounds a month to losing 50 pounds a week.
I was really happy and happy, and that’s when I was like, I’m not going to lose more weight because I’m getting healthier and better with every diet and exercise program.
I’ve never lost so much weight in my life.
It’s crazy how much you can achieve.
My favorite diet to lose weight is the Ornish diet.
It involves lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts, lean meats, whole grains, fish, and beans.
I try to limit sweets.
I also try to cut out sugar from my diet.
I find that if I limit my sugar consumption, I don’t have as many sugar cravings.
I usually drink one glass of water a day, and I drink one can of coffee a day.
I always eat my healthy breakfast on a daily basis, like I did when I started my dieting.
I love the idea of having all the things you love and then getting them to work.
