Peter loses some weight, loses some muscle
A man who lost 50 kilograms has gained about three kilos after losing weight in an attempt to lose weight in a way that will keep him healthy.
Tom Lopes has been following a diet that has seen him shed more than 10 kilograms.
Tom’s story has become a YouTube hit after he posted a video of himself losing weight on his Instagram account and received thousands of views.
Tom was diagnosed with anorexia in 2009 and since then, he has lost more than 20 kilograms, mostly on his stomach and waist.
Tom lost 20kg in 10 months and his diet plan helped him shed that amount of weight in the space of two years, he told News Corp.
Tom says the diet has helped him maintain a healthy lifestyle, but it has also brought him into contact with the public.
He said he felt “less alone” because his diet was popular, and that it has helped people to accept him.
Tom said he decided to start a diet after hearing about the benefits of a low-calorie diet, such as low-fat and low-sugar diets.
“I was seeing that it wasn’t only people who were going through this sort of thing, it was people who had gone through it themselves, who were living on the streets, people who weren’t well enough to walk,” he said.
“So it’s really an issue that people really need to get involved with.”
Tom said while it was hard to lose the weight on the diet, he felt happier and healthier when he was on it.
Tom believes his diet and dieting helped him gain weight and help him maintain his weight, and said it has allowed him to be healthier in the long run.
Tom is the latest celebrity to take up the dieting movement and he is hoping his story can help other people with eating disorders.
