Man loses weight after losing 100 pounds after losing weight
Man loses 50 pounds after eating a diet that included bacon, steak and broccoli.
The 52-year-old has been on a strict weight loss program for the past year, and said he felt better after a three-week fast and an additional six days of fasting.
“I’m back to where I want to be,” said the father of two, who was diagnosed with a rare form of autism.
“I’m feeling healthier, I’m feeling lighter.
I’m really looking forward to it.”
The man said he decided to take the drastic step after his daughter, who had been diagnosed with autism, told him she wanted to take a look at the diet she’d been eating for months.
The family was also looking for ways to cut out gluten and dairy products from their diet.
“My daughter was going to go off the gluten, so I wanted to keep gluten off of her,” said Jason, a construction worker.
But he said he was frustrated by the results.
“She said she wanted a low carb diet, and I was like, ‘What are you talking about?
You’re going to do that, you’re not going to lose weight, you are not going stop eating.'”
Jason said his daughter had started to get tired of his constant requests for more protein, and she had lost 20 pounds.
He added bacon, mushrooms, celery, broccoli, and applesauce. “
Jason said he then went on a diet of a few hundred calories a day, which included two chicken breasts a day.
“You can’t go into the store and say, ‘Oh, I need to get this one food that’s super high in carbs, or I need this food that is low in carbs.'””
It was pretty low-carb, but we’re trying to be mindful of the foods that are out there,” he said.

Jason and his wife also decided to reduce their consumption of soda, coffee, tea, and sweetened beverages.
“There’s definitely some of us who love sugar, but there’s a lot of us that don’t like the sugar,” Jason said.
“We tried to go out of our way to try to get the sugar-free stuff, and it was a huge hit with our daughter,” he added.
“We started thinking about ways to keep it off the menu, and to be careful.”
For his part, Jason said he wasn’t disappointed by the weight loss.
“At first, it felt a little strange to be so heavy, and then we realized I’m not really a big drinker, and so the weight was really down,” he recalled.
The new diet has also helped the family.
“This year, we really tried to do a bit of a ketogenic diet,” Jason added.
“Ketosis is a low-calorie diet, where you consume about 20 percent of your calories from fat, and you also eat about 80 percent of the calories from protein, but you don’ eat all that fat.
So we did a lot with the protein and the fats, and now it’s like I’m eating more fat,” Jason explained.
Jason’s daughter said she had been struggling with eating disorders since she was four years old.
“When I was little, I would sneak into the kitchen and eat things like peanut butter sandwiches,” she said.
