How do I lose weight on a weekly basis?

I can do it.

I’m not losing weight by dieting.

I want to eat more, I want a bigger body, I’m a little bit fitter, but I don’t want to be fat.

That’s not what I want.

I know it’s not good for me personally, but if I have to do it, I can.

And it’s definitely not a lifestyle I want, but it’s what I have a right to.

I’ve been trying to lose weight for a while now.

But it hasn’t been easy.

I haven’t been able to get a proper meal plan going.

But I’m learning how to control the things I eat.

I can manage my diet more easily.
