How to Lose Weight, Keep It On and Eat Healthy
Peter Lipsett/Getty ImagesFor Peter Lippsett, the diet he is currently undertaking to lose weight and regain fitness is one that has worked, at least on paper.
He is currently losing 20 pounds a week, and is now on a weight loss plan that includes exercises like Pilates and cardio.
“It’s been really hard on my body and I’ve gained weight but I’ve also lost muscle, which is very important,” Lipset told Business Insider.
Lipsett has also been working with an eating coach who is helping him to eat more healthily.
He has a lot of friends and family who have also joined the weight loss journey.
“I’m doing all the things that I want to do, but I also need help,” he said.
Lippset’s diet has been based on a strict diet of protein, vegetables and fruits, along with healthy fats.
“We’ve got to stick to it, otherwise we’ll never get there,” Lipp said.
The doctor says he has had some support from his friends and a supportive family, who have helped him through the process.
“My wife and kids have been supportive of me and have helped me through some of the harder parts,” he explained.
“I’m just thankful for all the people that have supported me.”
