Donald Trump has lost an astonishing 10lbs in just six months and has lost another 7lb on a diet and exercise regime which are among the most effective in history.

The New York businessman, who has been a regular in the media’s spotlight, lost about 20lbs over the past six months, after his diet of tequila, wine and a diet of fresh vegetables and fruit to lose weight.

A dietician said the Trump diet has led to a significant reduction in the consumption of fat, sugar and cholesterol, which in turn has reduced the risk of coronary heart disease.

“The Trump diet really is a lifestyle change,” said Dr Peter Tillett, a cardiologist at Mount Sinai Medical Centre.

“The key thing is not to restrict food, but to limit the amount of calories you consume.”

The New Yorker also lost weight by cutting out junk food and spending more time outdoors.

Trump, who spent two years in the US Navy, is in a feud with New York Mayor Bill de Blasio over the death of Eric Garner, who died after being choked by a New York police officer.

Trump said he would ask the city’s attorney general to investigate de Blasio for obstructing justice in the case.

“I have never seen anything like it,” Trump said of the New York Police Department.

“I think it’s outrageous.”

He has called de Blasio a “puppet” and said he has asked the mayor to resign.

“If he doesn’t resign, I’ll resign,” he said.

“He’s a puppet.

I’ve asked him to resign.”

Trump, a former television personality and reality TV star, is the most successful person in American history to have a total of more than one billion Twitter followers, and the second most popular person on Twitter.

In recent years, he has used his celebrity to promote the idea that obesity is a serious health issue.

The Trump campaign did not respond to a request for comment.

Trump’s diet has also resulted in a slight reduction in his consumption of sugary drinks and snacks, and a slight increase in his daily intake of fruits and vegetables.

“We are really focusing on making the diet more accessible, and I think the results are fantastic,” said Tilleott.

“It’s been a major success.”

The diet is not a diet in the traditional sense, but a diet where a lot of things are added in.

It’s not a strict diet, but one that’s more about eating lots of fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

The Trump diet does not include any processed foods, but is not strictly diet.

“There’s no real restrictions, but there is an emphasis on the foods that are naturally high in nutrients,” Tilleotts advice to the Trump campaign reads.

“It’s really about getting to the healthiest lifestyle possible, so that we’re not overindulging in any of the things that make us fat, or making us fat from all the sugar we eat.”

A recent study by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) showed that Americans who have a healthy diet and are regularly exercising have lower rates of type 2 diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and obesity.

Dr Tilleatt said there is no question that Trump’s diet is a huge help to his weight loss.

“His weight loss has really been remarkable, as it’s almost been a self-fulfilling prophecy,” he told the Irish Times.

“He’s really reduced his weight over the course of six months.”
