Israel’s new minister of health has announced that he is quitting his job and is taking up a job with a new health organization.

“We have been able to move on from the problems that were causing me to be stressed, depressed and angry,” Dr. Avigdor Lieberman told the Israel Hayom daily Wednesday.

“I have become more and more optimistic and optimistic.”

The Israeli public has been waiting for a full explanation from Health Minister Yaakov Litzman about the health problems he faced, and the ministry’s decision came as a surprise to many in the country, particularly the country’s doctors.

Health Minister Avigdor Lieberman in a statement.

“Health Minister Lieberman is a man who has never been a doctor, and he knows the difficulties and dangers of health.

I hope that in this moment, he will look for solutions and not continue to be angry and angry.”

Health Minister Lieberman’s resignation comes after the health minister announced in March that he had quit the government’s ministry of health to take up a position with a charity.

“This is the result of the ministry of public health failing to properly prepare for a new generation of doctors and nurses,” said Lieberman’s spokesman, Yoav Mordechai.

“It was not only a matter of financial difficulties, but also a matter that was not considered on a long-term basis.”

The ministry of foreign affairs has not released any new information on the circumstances of Lieberman’s decision to leave the ministry, but said the ministry was taking steps to ensure his health.

Lieberman has served in the cabinet since 2007.

He had been expected to become Israel’s health minister until 2020, but a new prime minister and a new government had delayed the appointment.

Lieberman is the latest to leave his post.

In 2016, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s cabinet decided to appoint another health minister.

But after a period of criticism over his handling of the coronavirus pandemic, Netanyahu’s office reversed course and appointed Lieberman as health minister in the first half of 2018.

The new health minister, Yair Lapid, was also appointed in the same year.

Lapid was also considered a contender to become the next health minister if Netanyahu decides to replace Lieberman.

The ministry has faced criticism over its response to the coronaval disease, which has killed more than 5,300 people in Israel.

The disease has been linked to the collapse of the power grid and a shortage of oxygen for patients.

The government has faced increasing criticism over the government hiring a private health care company to provide health care to patients, which was initially approved under the previous administration.

The public health ministry has also faced criticism for its lack of transparency about how it spends public money.

The health ministry says it is spending nearly $1 billion a year on health care.

“There is no doubt that the health ministry must now do more to provide for the health needs of the population,” Lapid told Channel 2 news on Tuesday.

“The public health minister has to do more, and I am ready to do that.”

Lieberman has faced the same criticism from other parties, including from some of his party members, who have said he has failed to lead the health ministries efficiently.

The party that he served in has a majority in the Knesset and is the largest party in Israel’s ruling coalition, with about 50 seats in the upper house.

Lieberman’s party also won the elections in June, taking control of the Kashmir legislature.

Israel’s Minister of Public Health, Yaron Lis, has resigned as Health Minister.

He has not been able, however, to explain why he has decided to step down from his position.

Health Ministry officials are not commenting on the matter.

Lieberman, who served as health director of the Labor party and as health chief in the government for seven years before he was elected minister, has been in public service for almost 30 years.

He took over as health and social services minister in March, after Litzmann resigned.
