“We’ve also added a feature where you can easily track your calorie consumption.
This will tell you exactly how many calories you’re burning every day.”
Lose 10 lbs in 3 Months is the first step to living longer, and while the app doesn’t track calories, it does tell you how many more steps you need to make each day.
It then shows you how to lose weight with step goals.
The main goals of the app are to lose 5 pounds in 2 months, to lose 10 pounds by 3 months, and to lose 100 pounds in 4 months.
While it may sound simple, the program is actually pretty complex.
The “losing 10 lbs” goal is simple enough: “Take 5 pounds off your chest in a week and keep it off.
